Excellent venue & extremely good customer service
Skellig Falcon的点评
点评：This was my 6th boat trip to the Skellig's but my first time using Skellig Falcon. In my view they are an excellent choice. I will use them again and I have already recommended them to others.
The departure location of Glen Pier to the Skellig's offers several advantages over the more commonly used departure of Portmagee. 1. It's a well sheltered inlet so boarding at the pier is very easy. 2. It's a shorter trip to the Skellig's than other departure points. 3. You visit Puffin Island as well as both Skellig Islands, I must say Puffin Island was a very pleasant surprise for me, amazing number of puffins about.
Parking your car at the pier appears tight enough first but it's adequate. I'm fussy when it comes to car parking and I had more than enough room.
The Skellig Falcon boat is very modern, comfortable and fast.
You felt safe and in very competent hands at all times with both crew members. They were both very friendly. From a customer service point of view they had a genuine interest in ensuring that each person got the most from the trip making you feel very welcome and special.
Both landing and collection from Skellig Michael was very smooth.
If you fancy some food after the trip then you have good local restaurants within a kilometre of the pier.
