点评：Staying in Sissi for 20 days and wanted to book some tours.These are the reasons for my high ratings
1 Quality of Service - Poppi the manager went the extra mile to make our trips enjoyable .To ensure we would be at the correct pick up place for our trips to Spinolonge she picked us up from the hotel and dropped us off at the pick up point
Advice- Guides us through the trips on offer that helped us to select the experiences we wanted .Settled for the Cateraman boat trip and Trip to the island of Spinalonge famous for the lepar colony
3 Enthusiasm- helped build up our expectations for the trips that we ended up booking
4 Value-better priced than booking a similar trip through the hotel
5 local Economy- Helps the local businesses to survive as this would be a great shame if they could not exist if they were to loose out to the large hotels and international travel agencies
