A Wine Experience Not Just a Wine Tasting

点评：Ahhh, where do I start?!!! We were warmly met by Robert and Alice. The experience was more like visiting friends than visiting a winery and “doing” a wine tasting. They are American as are we. We have a home in Italy as well but our main residence is in NJ. I cannot count how many times people have said they admire our life but Bob and Alice took a huge plunge and have not only cornered the market on organic wine but have created a fulfilling life of living in Italy (Piedmonte is underrated) on a vineyard while working the land and creating a unique array of both white and red organic wines. We visited the winery and learned so much about wine making…it certainly is a labor of love. Alice proudly welcomed us to take a peak at their home, beautifully renovated. They’ve really set roots down here. While we sat with Bob and went through a tasting of six wines we paused between bottles and pummeled him with a ton of questions. We honestly could’ve sat there and chatted (and sipped on the best Nebbiolo) for hours but we had to head home. We definitely recommend this experience. It will become a lovely memory
