点评：This was truly an incredible experience learning all about farming the old-fashioned way without pesticides, without water and with minimal disturbance to the land.
The farm owner Yannis, was our guide and took at around the family farm which dates back to his grandparents.
An incredible guy, so friendly and engaging showing maximum respect also to the animals, the plants and the land.
To say that it is an education is an understatement.
We concluded this fascinating, enjoyable and fabulous day with a meal carefully prepared by his family all of which was locally grown, locally made and harvested produce.
An incredible man full of pride, passion and enthusiasm for doing it the right way. I felt so privileged to be here and have him explain how everything works are telling us some fantastic stories as well about the island, particularly during the war
