点评：This demonstration ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. I was pleasantly surprised by how passionate and dedicated the young men were. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain not only what the dogs were doing, but also why.
Watching the Border Collie work was absolutely fascinating. The dog responded to every command with incredible precision, and it was obvious how much training and trust existed between the handlers and their dogs.
I also really enjoyed learning more about the sheep and the important role both the sheep and the dogs play in the day-to-day operation of the farm. It wasn’t just entertaining—it was educational as well. If you’re visiting the area, I highly recommend taking the time to experience this demonstration. It gives you a genuine appreciation for the skill, dedication, and tradition behind sheep farming.
