点评:My wife and I attended a class in October and had an absolute blast. We cooked a pork loin chop on the open fire, along with woodfired sweet potatoes and grilled pineapple for a salsa. Chef David rounded out the meal with salads, homemade bread, peach Kombucha and am amazing dessert. The food was phenomenal, but just as fabulous was the overall experience of being outdoors in a beautiful setting (the property is spectacular), learning about fire cooking and contributing to the meal, getting to know our classmates and then having a relaxing dinner with old and new friends. The pacing of the class was also great, just the right amount of listening and doing, and no pre-existing cooking skills are required (but even accomplished cooks will learn a lot). I highly recommend to anyone that loves to eat and be in a beautiful setting (which should be just about everyone!)
