We had an incredible experience with Ho Tram Tours, and we would especially like to thank Snow, Justin, Toan and Hang for making our holiday so memorable.
Snow was absolutely outstanding from the beginning. She organised everything perfectly, customised our tours and pickup times to fit our itinerary at the Meliá, and stayed in constant contact to make sure we always knew where to be and that our drivers were ready. She even went above and beyond by helping us explore retirement options in Vietnam. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
Justin, our guide on the Vintage Jeep Tour, was incredibly knowledgeable and respectful. As Australians, we really appreciated learning about Vietnam’s history and hearing a local perspective on the war. He was also genuinely interested in our culture, which made for some wonderful conversations. The tour was fascinating and very enlightening.
Hang, our Jeep driver, was friendly, professional and always made sure we were comfortable and safe throughout the tour. His calm nature and attention to detail helped make the day relaxing and enjoyable.
Toan was wonderful to deal with as well. Even with the language barrier, he used a translator to communicate with us, made sure we always had water and everything we needed, checked that we were comfortable, and even helped us learn more about possible retirement locations in Vietnam on our journey back.
We would also like to give a special mention to Tim from Bình Châu Hot Springs. Although he wasn’t part of Ho Tram Tours, he was a fantastic host during our visit. Despite the language barrier, he made us laugh, guided us through the hot springs and mud baths, and made sure we had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. His enthusiasm and genuine kindness made the day even more enjoyable.
Every person we met treated us with warmth, professionalism and genuine hospitality. Together, they made our Vietnam holiday one we will never forget.
Thank you all for making our time in Ho Tram and Bình Châu so special. We highly recommend Ho Tram Tours to anyone visiting the area. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
