点评：We booked a place for the biologist of the day for the hatchling release and paid a deposit online.
There was no confirmation re date and I tried to email, phone and WhatsApp to check reservation without success.
We decided to pitch up anyway and found 2 families who had been there for the full day. So presumed had missed the chance to participate. It was busy with lots of people there to watch the release. Once we asked and showed the deposit screenshot we were allowed into the greenhouse and had a really informative and fun time helping with the turtle nest.
My son and daughter helped a few of the hatchlings and then were able to do the release. It was quite amazing and I would recommend.
The cost of the biologist for the day is 100 USD ( a 25 dollar deposit and then they ask for 75 dollars in cash). This is goes towards the high cost of running the project.
Experience 5 star - docked a star due to the complete lack of communication which nearly meant we didn’t go
