Great fun for an afternoon but it could be epic.

点评：I don’t want to give this place a bad review, as actually the few times we have been recently been, we’ve had a great time. The candle making is great fun, young kids can make badges, sand art etc, so I definitely would recommend it for an afternoon for children under 8.
However, this place has not changed in 30+ years. There were only a handful of people when we went and it’s sad to see the lack of investment or progression when you compare it to similar set ups across Cheshire. The playground is sealed off and rusty, the shelves are pretty bare, apart from dated candles, which I suggest have been there for many years. The toys are the same as last time we went 4 years ago.
I feel like with the location and space, this place could be epic. If you look at The Hollies, Cheshire ice cream farm, bewilderwood, Blakemere etc, there are so many directions a business like this could evolve.
