点评：The Capital One Lounge at JFK continues to impress, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional leadership and service.
I want to give special recognition to Justin, one of the managers, who consistently goes above and beyond. He understands customer service at the highest level. He is warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely thoughtful. Every time I visit, he makes me feel welcomed, valued, and cared for in a way that feels personal, not performative.
Because of Justin and the overall experience he helps create, this lounge has become a place I actually look forward to visiting; and that’s saying something when you’re talking about an airport!
The space is beautifully designed, the atmosphere calm and inviting, and the service seamless throughout. But it’s the human touch, led by managers like Justin, that makes this lounge truly special.
