Family of 5. 2 adults a small 5 and 7 year old that could only go on the baby slides and a baby. It cost us £60 on the door for half an hour of pool time!! Our baby was cold and shivering. And 30 mins is adequate for young children. No family ticket! As parents with young children you can't go on the slides anyway to get any sort of moneys worth of the ticket as you are lifeguarding your children. Why young children who are less than 1.2 metres have to pay the same when they can't go on the slides is a scam really. Only under 3s have a cheaper ticket. Chemicals far too strong. Streaming, stingy eyes after 5 mins of been in the pool. The showers ran cold and the drains were blocked so standing in dirty water. Felt robbed after entering this place. I was polite when addressing the situation and all they said was I just work here I don't set the price and we don't do family tickets. ( Would recommend Aspire the park leisure centre. No slides but the kids had more fun with all the inflatables and it was very good value for a family ticket only £12 and that let 4 children and 2 adults in. Very clean and friendly staff.)
