点评:So many of your reviews are of concerts etc where very nice and enjoyable I have been visiting since the Gentleman and lady pictured in the drawing room opened it to the public in the 1960s The lady handing out ticket and Guide books the Gentleman answering any questions we might have regarding the History visiting then with my Aunt as i didnt drive then and wanted to establish for some who do not know it is not just a Music/Concert venue. It is a fascinating and historic house but unlike many not a cold showplace for artifacts -It has a wonderful cosy lived in feel to it. It has so much history and is so interesting to just involve yourself in the feel of the centuries that have passed within the house. It has all the Drama and intrigue that went on in the Tudor times and later. The grounds are beautifully maintained and kept and its a real Gem You should be very proud of all the family has maintained . A credit to you all!! Just a question are Teas still served in the Cricket pavilion with the very grand staircase !
