Extremely Disappointed – Worst Theme Park Experience Ever

点评：I brought a delegation of 17 people, including high-profile stakeholders, to Okinawa and decided to visit Junglia since it had just opened. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the worst decisions I have ever made. The entire experience was beyond disappointing and left a deeply negative impression, not only on me but also on my distinguished guests.
• Terrible service – As foreign visitors, we felt looked down upon and treated with reluctance, as if the staff had no willingness to serve us properly.
• Unbearable heat with no facilities – While I understand Okinawa’s climate, a park of this scale should provide shaded areas for guests waiting in line for rides or restaurants. Instead, we were left under the scorching sun.
• “Fast Pass” is misleading – It is absolutely not fast. We still had to wait far too long, making the so-called benefit meaningless.
• Only two restaurants for the entire park – Both had extremely long lines. For a delegation of 17 people, finding food was a nightmare. A park of this size should have far more dining options.
• No seating or resting areas – Nowhere to sit down or simply rest between activities. This made the experience even more exhausting for our group.
I had read many negative reviews before, but I hoped the park had improved since opening. Sadly, every single complaint from others turned out to be true.
This visit became an embarrassment in front of my 17 guests, and I can say with absolute certainty that I will never return. Junglia damages the image of Okinawa rather than enhancing it. If you are coming to Okinawa, do not waste your time here.
