Fantastic school experience
Avalanche Slip And Slide的点评
点评：We are a small local secondary school supporting students who can sometimes display challenging behaviour. We booked a session at Avalanche Slip and Slide Park as part of our end-of-year activity week, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience.
From our very first enquiry, everything ran smoothly. Communication was prompt, friendly, and efficient, and the team provided all the documentation we needed at very short notice. They even opened the park an hour early to accommodate our booking, which we really appreciated.
The staff on duty were absolutely fantastic—welcoming, approachable, and incredibly accommodating throughout the day. One of our students was feeling very anxious and initially refused to take part. A member of staff (I believe his name was Buz) spent time with him, patiently building his confidence and gradually introducing him to the activities. Thanks to his kindness and encouragement, our student eventually joined in and had a brilliant time. It was wonderful to see, and we're so grateful for the care and understanding shown.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Avalanche Slip and Slide Park to other schools, as well as to anyone looking for a fun, well-run day out. We'll definitely be booking again in the future.
