点评：We had a fantastic experience at Kozlović Winery having booked their Excellence tasting which consists of 6 wines with food pairings for 60 Euros per person. The wines themselves were excellent, but what really elevated the experience were the thoughtfully prepared small dishes that paired perfectly with each glass. The standout for us was the tender beef served with a rich pumpkin sauce – such a unique and delicious combination – and the amaretto dessert, which was the perfect sweet finish to the tasting.
Among the wines, we particularly enjoyed the Malvazija Selekcija, which was beautifully balanced, and the Mediteran, which paired wonderfully with dessert. Each wine felt carefully chosen to showcase the best of Istria, and the pairings truly brought out their character.
It was also lovely to sit outside and enjoy the views of the vineyards in the sunshine.
A very special thank you to Ariela, who looked after us so well throughout. Her knowledge of both the wines and the winery made the experience all the more engaging, and her warm, attentive service made us feel genuinely welcome.
Highly recommend this tasting if you want a memorable and delicious way to experience Kozlović wines and the beauty of Istrian winemaking.
