The Spa at The Palms的点评
点评：On July 25th, I had the pleasure of visiting the Spa at The Palms, and my experience was truly 11/10.
From the moment I arrived, Roselyn and Lively at the reception desk welcomed me with warm smiles. They were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the different types of massages and offering excellent recommendations. I am so glad I followed their suggestion.
The spa's ambiance was peaceful, elegant, and incredibly relaxing. I was then escorted to the changing area by a tall young gentleman whose name I unfortunately forgot. He was courteous, professional, and made me feel very welcome.
The icing on the cake was my massage with Eka. She was absolutely outstanding. Her professionalism, expertise, and deep knowledge of her craft were evident throughout the treatment. By the time she finished, I felt completely relaxed, and all the tension in my back had disappeared. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional massage experience.
Overall, I would like to commend the entire team at the Spa at The Palms for delivering such outstanding service. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made my visit truly memorable.
