Good stay, could do with some improvements

点评：We booked a spa break through spa seekers which included a room for the night, 55 minute treatment (back massage and facial with robes and slippers included), £30 dinner allowance and breakfast. Staff were really nice and very informative in all areas of the hotel. Our room was quite small but suited us okay, unfortunately because the windows had been left open there was lots of flies in our room on arrival The window sill and the bottom of the net curtain in the room were quite dirty and certain areas of the bathroom could have been cleaner. The toilet seat was broken and unfortunately there was no robes in our room, only slippers. The walls were paper thin so we could hear everything going on in next doors room. The spa was good, when we mentioned we didn't have robes they cotacted reception to try get us some but we were then informed they didn't have any at all which was fine, we made do. Me and my partner weren't allowed to be in the same room for the massage which was a shame as we booked as a couple but this is not something they do even though there was a second massage table in the room I was in. The spa facilities were good, only complaint is that some of the loungers just before the pool had rips in the cushion which didn't look great. Spa facilities were very relaxing though and we enjoyed it. We booked a table for dinner and we both enjoyed the food, we were asked if we would like some water for the table and we said yes, but we thought it would be tap water so got a bit of a shock when we had to pay almost £5 for a bottle of still water 😅 breakfast was good, no complaints there. All in all it was a good hotel and we would come back.
