NOT A RELAXING SPA TRIP!
Macdonald Inchyra Hotel Spa的点评
点评：Unfortunately, the overall experience fell well below expectations, especially considering this was intended to be a relaxing and restorative break for my partner.
Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find the sauna closed – something that was not communicated to us beforehand. Additionally, the spa facilities overall were very limited. We only spent about 30 minutes using them, largely because the swimming pool (the only available amenity we felt we could use) was cold and overcrowded. The spa receptionist, regrettably, was unwelcoming and disengaged, which added to the overall negative tone.
The room we were provided was dated, uncomfortably hot, and lacked air conditioning. It also lacked privacy, with people clearly visible through the window while watching tennis outside. Noise from the hallways was constant, and the bathroom was below expected cleanliness standards – I have attached photos for reference.
We had also been looking forward to dining based on the menu advertised online, but the in-person menu was different and lacked the dishes we had specifically chosen in advance. The food we did receive was bland and underwhelming, especially given the price.
Overall, the experience did not meet the expectations set by your advertising or pricing. Instead of feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, we left feeling quite the opposite.
The manager Sophie has been terrible at responding and has only offered another night however we would not stay here again. They told us spa breaks were the ones who could sort a refund and they went to spa breaks and told them not to give us one. Avoid this place at all costs
