Nice venue and spa. Terrible Management..Read contract and offers carefully

点评：This review only relates to the spa memberships. The spa itself is pretty decent. The changing rooms are too small and it can get very busy with Hotel guests and other Groupon offers but the pool and thermal suite are excellent.
The memberships are frankly a nightmare. They offer an "Ultimatel Flex" membership which means after 3 months you can cancel with 1 months notice.
I signed up online..Received no welcome pack, none of the vouchers or offers that were advertised on signing up and when I enquired was told they were either not available or blankly refused to acknowledge they ever existed.
When I tried to cancel I was told I needed to give 3 months notice (it wasn't and I at least had contract to evidence this).
It's such a shame they have invested so much into the Spa but there such a weird resentful attitude from management there and in the Hotel that everything is too much trouble.
Staff seem nice if likely underpaid and tired. Management are awful.
