西达水上公园游乐园的点评
点评：Our room air con stank really bad. No one done anything to help this.
Breakfast was very repetative. Dinner... we only ate twice as food as so bad we ate out every other evening.
Floor was so slippy it was dangerous!
Broken tiles inside pool cut my kids feet and toes.
Staff very rude. Constantly asking you if you want a drink or else ignored you when they mucked up the order. Customer service was appauling. Some staff couldnt even crack a smile or pretend to be happy.
Lunch was amazing..you had to buy this but it was tasty and good value and clearly much more effort was put into this than breakfast or lunch.
Wasps eveywhere very annoying when your trying to enjoy a drink or relax.
Communal toilets vile..not clean nor does the door lock.
As a positive..good location..10 minute walk to town which was well worth it. Would return to Sidari but not to this hotel. Lovely beach nearby. Plenty of shops bars resturants. Kids did enjoy the slides. Clean rooms bar smell of air con.
