Humiliating and upsetting
Dunans Castle的点评
点评：We visited the castle and for me was with anticipation to see my plot.
The guide was rude arrogant and made me feel very unwelcome I know it was pouring with rain and not nice to stand there talking to us but I had sketches trainers on and was told very rudely I could not see my plot as it was somewhere in the long grass I would have to wait in the car
My sister was told quote “ I hope your not recording me “ my sister replied no I'm not I'm taking a photo.
Another couple trying to lighten the atmosphere ask the guide his name he said I'm your guide. I have no idea what the American couple thought of Scotish hospitality!
I think its a wonderful idea to raise funding through selling plots but when people travel miles us 400 to see them surely the least you could do is have a welcoming guide someone who is friendly and not speak to us like we were children.
I am so disappointed and will no longer have anthing to do with Dunans.
We could not stand the humiliation any longer so left early.
