点评:I went to Safety Centre with school in 2022 I believe, but if you are wondering to take your child there as one with anxiety I definitely would not recommend it. I have never shown any signs of anxiety before this experience, and I believe it has stemmed from going here when I was younger from quite a handful of the scenes that can be distressing to some audiences. There is still quite a few of them that I can remember (for the better or the worse, I'm not sure, lol), like the charred bedrooms, or watching how a fire can start from something so simple as a laptop. Another mention would be the talk of blood loss, along the lines of your head hitting a curb, which I had to leave the room for since I had a panic attack. All of the scenes are put together very cleverly, taken from real life situations that makes it more personal to you, which would make children remember more.
Despite this, everyone else in my class enjoyed it even whilst some were diagnosed with anxiety or autism, and judging by most of the reviews also show this. I am also well aware that this is a charity, and I must say that it is very admirable how much time and effort has gone into making this function as well as the displays. All of the volunteers when I was there were also absolutely lovely, especially when I had to leave the room.
