Easter event: Could be wonderful but just not quite there in a few areas compared to others in area

点评：We visited over half term for the Easter event and whilst it was lovely, there were some areas of improvement needed.
Pros:
Garden was decorated beautifully - it was very lovely and a lot of effort had been put into this.
The garden games were plentiful and varied
Cons:
No treat at the end of the Easter trail which left our children very disappointed. We have done many, many trails with our children over the years and have never completed an Easter trail with no treat at the end. We have even done free trails at our local library and received a chocolate egg. For £12 each, the children could have at least receives a mini foil egg so they felt they'd earned something for finding the clues.
Cafe is disappointing and nothing special. Fairly rude staff, not a nice atmosphere and very poor quality lunch box for children. Cheese sandwiches not made with proper cheese, but a cheap cheese spread instead.
A mixed bag - it has the potential to be really lovely, but sadly doesn't quite meet expectations or standard of surrounding Easter events locally - Chester House, Castle Ashby to name a couple but with a similar price point.
