点评：This bike excursion was by far the best thing we did in Croatia! We chose the high railway tour, which took us up in the hills and onto the former Austro-Hungarian railroad, which has been turned into a hiking/biking trail. The views from the mountains were amazing. I was worried that it might be too much climbing for us but it was easy with the e-bikes, which were new and high quality. We loved learning about the history of the railway, the region, and present day life along the way.
Miho and Marlous were gracious hosts and were wonderful to talk to. They served “snacks” after the trip, which was a home cooked lunch by Marlous with almond cake for dessert and local wine. They went out of their way to personalize the trip for us, I highly recommend this to anyone looking to experience the countryside outside Dubrovnik.
