Lovely woodland site, great stay, noise policy too strict

点评：We stayed 18–24 August with two caravans and four children between us. The staff were friendly, the facilities spotless, and the site offered great value for money. The children especially loved feeding the animals and exploring the woods.Our only criticism is that the noise policy felt overly strict. On one occasion, a different set of campers were asked to turned down their music as early as 6 pm, even though it wasn’t at all loud or disruptive, and we were also spoken to for hosting an early-evening cinema night for the children, which all families on the field were enjoying. While quiet hours are of course important, it would be fairer to balance rules with the general atmosphere and majority experience rather than reacting to single complaints. The usual rule is no noise after 10pm which is very standard and fair. If you want to attract families, this noise policy at 6pm needs to be amended. However we had a really great holiday so thank you :0)
