点评:The lack of communication was a problem. First, several emails were sent with a question about a gift certificate that was bought last year which included a video. The policy had changed a couple of weeks before my jump and they never responded to the emails and they would not honor the video portion of the gift certificate upon arrival. Secondly, I had to fill out the release paperwork twice because of a computer glitch. Each time takes about 15 min even without reading what your signing. It would be nice if they had the paperwork online so you could take your time when reviewing it. No one explained to us what was going on with the delay until about 3 hours after out appointment time or told us that we could reschedule if we didn’t have time for the weather to clear up. They say there is a 30 minute class prior to jumping and there isn’t. You get your instructions as your heading into the plane. They pressure you to buy a video and then try to get you to upgrade. Videos are around $145 to $229. Then you need to buy goggles $20-$30 dollars. After the jump the crew mentions how you can leave a tip but by this time I felt I had been scammed out of enough money. The video did not show up in the time frame they said it would and luckily I had been given a card by my videographer with his cell phone so I sent him a text. I contacted the company per his instructions and tried to do live chat but got a message saying it usually takes up to 24 hrs. for them to respond. Why even offer a chat then? I left a message and no one called me back. It was my videographer who reached back out to me telling me he had checked on my video. I finally received my video three days after diving. Four days after jumping and repeated calls the person I jumped with was told she would not get a video as it was corrupted so she elected to take just the photos and receive a partial refund. It’s been almost a week and she has called on more than one occasion and still does not have a single photo from her jump. The jump itself and the crew were great but nothing else was. I would not recommend this particular company.
