Amazing stay in Tuscany
Podere Ristella Vineyards and Winery的点评
点评：Possibly one of the most idyllic places I have had the pleasure of spending time, honestly it was just so special.
The accommodation was perfect for our needs, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, with everything you could possibly need for a fully equipped self catering experience. The air on was great, with an individually controlled unit in both bedrooms and a third unit in the kitchen space.
There were mosquito nets on all doors and windows so it was no problem to throw open the doors and enjoy the amazing scenery from inside.
The pools were lovely, just as pictured, they are all the same depth so little ones do need supervision at all times.
The space around the accommodation is just gorgeous, we enjoyed breakfast in the terrace and on Saturday the host prepared a traditional Tuscan meal with wine pairing from the vineyard
You definitely need a car as this part of Tuscany is remote, but you are a very short drive from some spectacular hill towns.
We had a tour of the winery and brought some wine and olive oil home
We’ve spent a lot of time in Tuscany over the last couple of years but this place was just such a wonderful authentic experience, it’s extra special, we would be delighted to return
I would add it is definitely better to book direct, also if you want to visit the wine cellar or enjoy dinner and wine pairing (Saturday only), you do need to ask - as they definitely are not pushing you to buy any additional products/services while you are there.
I would suggest the owner prepare a short booklet to outline their offerings to leave in the accommodation for guests, as we just asked by chance and they were delighted to show us around
