点评：Spent a lovely day here with 3y old grandson yesterday, we tried to book splash park the day before but it said fully booked so we started with a couple of hours paddling in stream near canal bridge & feeding fish, then ventured towards splash park for toilets to find that the splash park was open to anyone & was not overly busy so we had a nice lunch at the cafe on balcony overlooking pools. Then we went into the splash park, there are very few shaded areas, a ice cream vending hut, it is such a shame that the pool areas and centre circle fountains are made from concrete, unlike the soft surrounding area, which sadly increases the likelihood of accidents for excited running children 🥲 we saw a couple happen... There is also a free playground & chargeable fairground rides +train nearby or at the opposite end of park another cafe & sand park which we didn't have time for... Chargable Car park available or if you know area some free street parking nearby All in all a vert good affordable day out especially if you take a picnic 👍
