Banana Republic Factory的点评
点评：Shopping Winter Clearanve and Spring Sales at the outlets in Kittery, one place I went to was Banana Republic.
A poster near the entrance proclaimed: 50% OFF ALMOST EVERYTHING IN THE STORE.
Inside, I went to the Clearance Sale section. A sign indicated that everything there was 60% off. There were a lot of red pullover sweaters in every size. Apparently, the style didn’t sell well during the season.
One item of interest in that section was a Reg. $50.00 Women’s Short-Sleeved Scoop Neck Ribbed-Knit Top in a pastel blue. The Final Sale price on the red sticker was $29.97. That was not 60% off. It was more like 40% off. The top must have been placed on the wrong rack.
Next, I looked at the rack of $20.00 costume jewelry. There was nothing of interest on it.
In another section for accessories, I looked at a Reg. $298.00 Vida Italian Leather Slouchy Bag in black. The sale price was $205.00. That was about 46% off. As one would expect of Italian leather, it was of excellent quality. I didn’t like the magnetic clasp closure. That type of closure is not secure.
On the way out, I took a quick look at the fragrances. The Banana Republic Collezione Riservata Tuberose Overdose looked interesting.
Nearby was a display of a few pairs of casual shoes. I didn’t like any of them.
Although I didn’t find anything to buy, I enjoyed shopping at Banana Republic.
I rate the experience at 4.25 and can recommend stopping in.
