点评：Our experience with the agency was excellent. I’m the type of person who dislikes the hassle of booking hotels and planning itineraries, so I look for an agency to handle that for me. My husband and I spent nine days in the Galápagos and managed to visit the islands of Santa Cruz, Pinzón, Daphne, Bartolomé, San Cristóbal, Floreana, and Isabela. Everything was organized to ensure we got the most out of the trip, and whenever we ran into issues with the itinerary, Betania resolved them promptly, efficiently, and with great care.
What led me to choose GoGalapagos Tours was the initial service—from the very first contact, they responded quickly and provided organized, detailed itineraries—plus the fact that they have a physical office on Santa Cruz.
I highly recommend their services; if I were to return to the Galápagos, I would definitely book my tours with them again.
