Great visit, fell in love with the bats!

点评：I had an excellent day at Parc Merveilleux!
A lovely space to walk around, with a great collection of animals such as raccoons, warty pigs, capybara, birds, farm animals, Yacare caiman, emperor tamarin, wolves, sloth, flamingo & lemur.
I particularly liked the free-flying bats (don’t panic, they’re more napping than flying and are super cute snuggled up on the ceiling!), black-tailed prairie dogs, North American Porcupine (even though they smelled really bad! There was a very fluffy baby one that I was obsessed with watching!), Jaguarundi, Dingo, Guira Cuckoo, and Tinamou.
There is a penny press near the shop, if you like to collect those. The shop has postcards and magnets, and lots of toys for sale. At the cafe next to the shop I got a pretzel & a doughnut to get me through the afternoon.
Part of the Parc is like a fairytale land. To me it seemed strange, with lots of odd-looking puppets behind glass which told a story when you pressed a button, but the children I saw were very much enjoying it!
I spent 4 hours at the Parc and I think that was about the right amount of time for me. With children, you may need longer as there are some play areas that may lengthen the trip!
One thing to note is that I walked from the train station, following Apple Maps. It took me to the back of the zoo which wasn’t right. The entrance is further down the road. There’s a bus stop opposite too (I chose to walk instead). I did get the bus back to the train station after.

公园里有一部分地方就像童话世界。我觉得很奇怪，玻璃后面有很多奇形怪状的木偶，按下按钮就会讲故事，但我看到的孩子们都玩得很开心！
我在公园里待了4个小时，我觉得这对我来说差不多了。如果带孩子的话，可能需要更长时间，因为有些游乐区可能会延长行程！
需要注意的是，我从火车站出发，跟着苹果地图走。结果把我带到了动物园的后面，这不太对。入口在路的更远处。对面还有一个公交车站（我选择步行）。之后我坐公交车回到了火车站。
