Baltic freezing temps. Health hazard

点评：We have been to Hoodles many times and the staff and food are always excellent but this time although our food was lovely etc, the place was absolutely freezing! I mean Baltic, you could see your breath. The cafe was nice and warm but the actual play barn was so cold that people were unable to take their jackets off even on the equipment . A lady was literally sitting with a blanket over her.
Such a shame but surely the freezing temps is illegal and a health hazard. Kids had red noses and looked freezing. I honestly cannot stress enough how cold this place was. Apparently have underfloor heating but it was obviously not even switched on and even in the toilets it was freezing cold water coming from the hot taps when washing your hands.
This is really not acceptable so if the heating is broken they should just close until it can be rectified.
