Avoid this venue. No customer service. Over priced venue
Wolverhampton Civic Hall的点评
点评：Steer clear of this venue.
No people seem to work there. Its all forced thro their app (with their permissions or it doesnt work). Cant get in touch with them by phone and they dont respond to emails.
Bought tickets thro ticketmaster. Ticketmaster informed me the venue deals with the tickets. Tried to contact venue via their preferred method of email. Auto response said response could be up to 5 days. Still waiting and its well over a week since.
Tried to phone booking office via number given on THEIR OWN website. Got through to a cafe.
Forced to download their app and the permissions they want (but i dont even want their app).
This venue has absolutely no customer support at all. Their prices are very high, and not justifiable when they are not at all accessible to their customers.
I would stay steer clear of buying tickets for this venue. They dont seem to have anyone actually working for them in tickets / booking office at all.
Now they are spamming me with surveys for what events id like to see - when they haven't given me the courtesy of any responses to my emails.
On top of that the parking nearby is another £8 and no disabled concession
