Easy parking. Really friendly staff at Museum Reception. Nice shop with unusual gifts.
Museum is well laid out with plenty of interactive sections. Good for disabled access with seating available throughout the museum.
The right amount of displays and information to read. Great seeing all the machines and old shoes. Brilliant ‘shop’ for children to play in.
Make sure you don’t miss the fossil gallery, there are really impressive large fossil displays that were found when building at Street. Ryan was so friendly and informative and it made a huge difference having someone there to explain the fossils to us. He took the time to talk us through most of them and was able to answer all the questions we had with great enthusiasm. For my daughter this was the best part of our visit to the museum.
Lovely cafe in the museum with plenty of seating. Excellent cakes and cream teas.
We bought an annual pass so will definitely be back!
