点评：What we thought was going to be a really fun day out with our family was a massive disappointment. We booked to have a queen cabana. The water is freezing cold in the whirlpool even though there is an option to heat this which we did it didn’t heat up even a few degrees more until mid afternoon. The actual unit itself was filthy with green tinged water and scummy marks all around. We asked to speak to the manager who we were told would not come to us, despite my husband asking where he was based we would go and find him no one would tell us. Lifeguard and safety is shocking took our 4 year old to the children’s section, children and adults were going down the slide in rubber rings despite it saying no rubber rings allowed on this particular slide. My daughter literally had someone go over her head in a ring pushing her under the water, I tried to find a lifeguard to resolve the situation but no one was around the whole area. We have since contacted caneva again to discuss how disappointed we were and have been told that someone came to our cabana to try and help. Which is a complete lie as someone was always in there until we left the park. Safety and cleanliness is not top priority and clearly they don’t care as long as they have your money. Very disappointing in not only the park but also the lack of customer satisfaction
