Big Red Stables的点评
点评：This horse ride was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I reached out late Saturday evening and wasn’t thinking they would have room for one more rider the following Sunday. I was so surprised that I was contacted to explain Emily was busy the next day but Drew could take me out for a private session, I’m so grateful he did this!
I was interested in building a relationship with the horse as I didn’t have much experience. I was paired with the sweetest horse who made it easy, Shadow.
The property is beautiful to say the least, but Drew and the whole experience made it unforgettable! From the moment I pulled up, it felt like we were old friends and knowing I wasn’t in any rush he really took things slow. He explained his wife is usually the one who teaches people how to bond with the horses, but I thought the way everything went was perfect. I learned so much that I didn’t know about horses. Brushing her, cleaning out her hooves it was amazing.
It’s clearly a family ran generational ranch and you can see how well taken care of the horses are. I love the fact that they don’t believe in stalls and let their horses roam.
I was in Kentucky for work and I’m sad I didn’t find Big Red Stables earlier in my trip. I hope I get to make it back someday and meet Emily and hopefully see Shadow again!
