Lynx Ridge Golf Club的点评
点评：I couldn't agree more with the negative reviews of being 'harassed' by the marshals on this course. My adult kids (3) and I used to play this course infrequently. We're not pros but we are far from hackers and we are well aware of golf etiquette and timing of play, i.e. keeping pace. We were harassed on 3 if not 4 occasions during our round for 'being slow'. However, for some reason (I don't recall why as this was a while ago), I distinctly recall there was NO group on the hole(s) in front of us the entire round, and NO group on the hole behind us!!
The consistent hassle about 'being slow' when there was literally no one ahead or behind us, absolutely ruined any enjoyment of our round that day. I was so disappointed and annoyed that I wrote a letter to the pro, admin and the pro shop. Their response was - you guessed it - singularly focused on the clock and very accusatory if not belittling to myself and fellow golfers. The letter did not take into account any other factors such as the lack of players on the course that day, or comments I made about the rudeness of the marshal's comments. To say the response I received was unapologetic is an understatement. In fact, it was as rude as the marshals were.
WE WILL NEVER GOLF ON THAT COURSE AGAIN!!! And we have each shared our experience of Lynx Ridge with our fellow golf friends.
