点评:VERY disappointing indeed. The signage from the road suggests a garden akin to Logan, but in our view it’s a few acres of overgrown grass and weeds interspersed with rickety greenhouses and plants. £5 per person for entry, in an honesty box, but when my wife told the guy there that she was disappointed, he was abrupt and rude, telling us that a full explanation of the place was on a handwritten board near the entrance and that others “may think they’re weeds, but we think they’re plants.” Arrogant individual, thinking his semantics very clever, no doubt. Obviously, weeds *are* plants, but not worth £5 each!
So, basically, our fault for not poring over a chalkboard and expecting the ‘exotic plants’ from all over the world referred to on the major sign on the road to the Cally Palace.
We could’ve gone to a garden centre for free.

所以,基本上,我们的错是没有仔细看黑板,也没有期待在通往卡利宫的路上的主要标志上看到的来自世界各地的“外来植物”。
我们可以免费去花园中心。
