OFF-SEASON VISIT FOR SOME WALKING
Wallis Sands State Beach的点评
点评：On a warm, sunny day in early November, I took a drive along the coast. Wallis Sands State Park was one of the places I made a stop. It was a re-visit.
In season, the beach can be very crowded, and reservations are highly recommended. The parking lot – which has several hundred parking spaces – can fill up fast on beach-weather days, especially on weekends.
This park has a small store that sells food and beverages, as well as a variety of items that beachgoers want or need.
There is a bathhouse with outside showers.
There is an area with picnic tables.
The beach itself is sandy. The swimming area is nice. The only less-than-perfect ting about Wallis Sands is the rocky area.
This is another state park in Rye from which one has views of some of the Isles of Shoals.
There is an area with benches well off to the side of the beach and up on a hill that has benches where one can sit and enjoy the view and the breeze.
IIn the off-season, there are usually a dozen or so people around. And, that what I found when I got there.
Like the others, I did some walking on the walkway during my visit.
I rate Wallis Sands Stet Park at 4.50.
The reason for the delay in submitting this review was due to a months-long loss of my ability to post photos with my reviews and some health issues.
