点评：I am writing to provide feedback on my visit to your facility yesterday, which was my first time visiting with my husband. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing and did not meet our expectations.
We encountered several issues with the amenities:
- Pool Temperature: The water in the swimming pool was cold.
- Sauna/Steam Room: The sauna temperature was insufficient, and the steam room was out of service.
- Jacuzzi/Bubble Beds: The ability to control the jacuzzi or bubble beds was not possible as the buttons were non-functional, and the features operated automatically, which was frustrating.
In addition, the locker room facilities were problematic:
- Lockers: The majority of the lockers were broken. I had to move four times to find one that would properly close.
- Hair Dryers: Both air dryers in the female changing room were out of order, forcing me to leave with wet hair, which is unsuitable given the current November weather and low temperatures.
Given these issues, we were quite disappointed with our experience. We had high expectations for a premium spa experience, and we are now considering paying more to use a different spa with properly maintained facilities and suitable water/sauna temperatures.
