Campus Martius Museum的点评
点评：We spent several hours exploring this gem of a museum and will need to go back to absorb more about this interesting city. We didn't know much about the history of the area and between the well-done exhibits and helpful staff we came away with a lot of knowledge! Maggie gave an excellent tour of the Putnam house and shared what she has learned through her own research as well as information shared with her by previous guests about the area. Ohio is very lucky that the Putnam house has been preserved. Other exhibits about early settlers as well as the growth of the town over two+ centuries was quite interesting. Great movie also, tho we didn't watch the entire two hours. We would go back to this museum if we are in Marietta again as there is simply too much to absorb in a few hours. PS - we really appreciate that the museum is open nearly every day of the year. Too many museums, especially in smaller towns, have very limited opening hours.
