Not happy! Avoid at all costs

点评：We hired a car for a weeks holiday in Barcelona. We booked through booking.com and thought we had a good deal considering we'd paid them the necessary insurances and taxes.
When we went to pick up, they tried to tell us we needed more insurances for about €200 plus a deposit of €200 which we already knew about.
We declined their extra insurance and paid the €200 deposit.
They showed us the car (which had quite a few scratches on it) which my husband pointed out to the location agent and he agreed to make a note of them.
Yesterday when returning car the agent said there was a scratch on it which hubby rubbed away with a wet finger
Agent agreed all was well and both signed PDA.
Then we had an email to say unfortunately they had found more damage on it so we won't be getting our €200 back.
I've sent them a strongly worded email and am awaiting a response
