点评:I booked my Budget Car Rental through Qantas website this morning before flying out to Stuttgart Airport.
Everything was accepted, booked and confirmed.
Once arriving at the counter of Avis in Stuttgart AirPort, the first words out the of assistant’s mouth was ‘you’re late!!’.
I then explained my flight was delayed, and gave her my details. She then said:
‘We close at 5pm!!’. It was 4.45PM.
Then she said:
‘You booked earlier than 24 hours. We have no cars’. I explained that I had a confirmed booking, she then said:
‘Go back to who you booked it through’.
‘Can’t help you.. try another rental company’. I then left and she packed up and went home!
Disgusting!!!
I then went to National Rentals… they helped me without no booking..
I will use National before Avis from now on… learn customer service Avis in Stuttgart.
Qantas review your partnerships… and I am a Platinum FF.

以后我肯定会选择National而不是Avis……斯图加特的Avis,好好学学你们的客户服务吧。
澳航应该重新审视一下你们的合作伙伴关系……而我可是白金会员。
