I rented the car for a week and drove very little. On the final day, I parked outside a local shop for roughly ten minutes. When I returned, I found six deliberate key marks on the bumper. There were no vehicles in front or behind, and it was clear these scratches were intentional.
When I later researched OK Mobility, I discovered numerous similar complaints from other customers who had also experienced unexplained damage and charges after renting vehicles. It appears to be a recurring issue and raises serious concerns about the company’s integrity and business practices.
In my opinion, OK Mobility operates in a dishonest and exploitative manner. I would strongly urge others to avoid renting from this company
