Great park but avoid the café

点评：Took our son today, he had a great time in the smaller child cycle park and also in the playgrounds. Would recommend as for £4.50 it kept him entertained.
The 3/5 is due to the service (or lack of) regarding getting a snack. My husband just wanted a premade sandwich from the snack counter. When he tried to pay for it, the lady said 'sorry the café shuts at 4'....it wasn't 4pm yet. When he said 'its not 4pm yet', she then said 'no it shuts at quarter to 4'....it was 3.41. Yes 4 minutes until 'closing', but the fact that she changed her mind and he then pointed to the sign to say that the sign says 4 but with her attitude he just gave up.
When we left at about 4.30 there was a woman trying to buy an ice-cream and 2 ladies on reception were just ignoring her instead of telling her it was shut. I really can't understand why you would not just let her know? It all seemed very odd. Not even in terms of customer service but just being a nice person!
So pre warned, take your own snacks and drinks (it's overpriced anyway).
