Lara Bay Turtle Conservation Station的点评
点评：I really don't understand other comments here saying that Lara Beach is difficult to reach by (rental) car. Of course, the road is a bit bumpy but if you don't expect to drive at the same speed like on a "normal road" it is perfectly fine for every type of car (no 4x4 or SUV needed). If you drive at reasonable speed of approx. 10-20 kmh you will not risk to break something or get the car scratched.
And if you like remote beaches without huge crowds, Lara Bay is worth a visit and also quite interesting due to the information you get around the turtles (we went there beginning of October and as expected we didn't see any turtles, just the small "cages" on the beach but you get some information passing by the conservation station).
Just one thing: put a lot of sunscreen since there is no shade at the beach (and your also not allowed to bring umbrellas)
