The cooking class itself was fantastic. The chef was talented, engaging, and made the experience both educational and fun. We were also fortunate to have a wonderful coordinator/translator who brought so much warmth, humor, and personality to the day. Together they created an atmosphere that felt less like a class and more like being welcomed into a family home.
The food was delicious, the setting was beautiful, and we left with wonderful memories, new skills, and some of their incredible homemade saffron honey, which we couldn't resist bringing home.
This experience exceeded our expectations in every way. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tuscany and would even consider staying at the family's bed and breakfast on a future visit.
