点评:The customer service on the day was awful, . My 6-year-old daughter picked a soft toy to purchase priced at 20 jingles – this was clearly displayed on the ticket/label. Her plan was to buy this and spend her change on a chocolate coin at 3 jingles. When she got to the till, she discovered she had lost 20 jingles whilst in the shop, so she began to cry. The staff member scanned the toy and told me it was in fact 30 jingles, and it had the wrong ticket price. Clearly my daughter didn’t have enough jingles. The jingles were not handed in unfortunately (the finders are clearly grump a lumps). Despite my daughters tears the staff member said she couldn’t honour the 20-jingle price, given the circumstances and to show some Christmas cheer I think this should have been done. No effort was made to rectify the problem and put a smile on my daughter’s face. I purchased the toy at 30 jingles and was also 20 jingles down. After a complaint they replied saying they would send my daughter a gift before Christmas, stupidly I told my daughter and the gift never arrived so more disappointment!!!
