Excellent customer service, extreme kindness tourist customers!

点评：First of all I didn't pay attention to detail, so I didn't know I had to pay cash prior arrival. I had only credit card.
I was so surprised, the kindness of the organizer was unbelievable.
He had me to take the the boat tour and told me that after the tour I can go any ATM, cash out and pay him after the tour. This is something that you want to hear more in life, but unfortunately it almost doesn't exist nowadays. This person was a great example of human being. He could easily cancel my booking and rebook another time. Instead he acted as a real, kind human. He had me to take the tour. I absolutely loved it. The tour guide and the view, and the group of people from different cultures, I absolutely enjoyed it.
After we finished the tour, I walked to the organizer and asked which ATM he would recommend close by? He was absolutely friendly, he suggested near by ATM, it took me 10 minutes to walk to the ATM and another 10 minutes to walk back to him where he checks in for the boat tours.
Some customers who were taking the tour with me with other boats and groups, they knew the story and saw me going back and paying cash in euro for my trip after finishing the tour.
Yes, there was a trust both sides and real human interaction between the organizer and me.
All travelers make sure to read the booking instructions with details. You will need cash in euros to pay for the boat trip prior to get to the boat!
