点评:We went for a family day out on 22/12/25. We paid for a 1.5 hr skating session, however due to queuing for over an hour my children only had 10-15 minutes on the ice and were then told to leave. They then had to wait another 50 minutes to get off the ice and get their shoes back.
I have emailed since 22/12/25 requesting a refund to be told every week that head office were looking into it! It is now 22/1/26 and I am still waiting! I have requested the direct email for head office but it is never provided. Online only gives you the email for Altrincham. What is going on with this place and who actually runs/owns it.
If I have not received a refund by tomorrow have advised that I now have no choice but to go to trading standards and do a charge back via my bank.
There were far too many people there on the day in question for it to be safe. No staff and the poor staff that were working were so stressed, very unfair on them.
I dread to think what would have happened that day had there been a fire or worse. It would have been total carnage, no one would have been able to get out safely. This really needs to be addressed before something does happen.
